FAQ

1. Do you allow pets?

We are pet friendly but do have some strict rules.  You know your pet and how you want to spend your beach holiday so please give the information below careful consideration in deciding whether or not it is a good idea to bring your pet.

Only one pet per unit. (dogs only)

We do not allow pets to be left unattended at any time either indoors or tied up outside.

Pets are NOT allowed on the beach from 8am - 8pm so if you plan to spend a lot of time on the beach and don't have multiple people staying who can take turns staying with the pet then you will need to leave it at home.

Additional $50 Cleaning fee

Any damage caused by pet will result in full loss of $200 damage deposit.

Excessive barking will not be tolerated - if it persists you will be asked to leave or take your pet home.

2. Do you require a damage deposit?

We request a $200 damage/cleaning deposit - it will be fully refunded if nothing is missing or damaged and you leave the unit as clean as you found it.3. Do I need to clean? We stock all units with cleaning supplies.   We require you leave the unit in the same condition you found it.
