Three bedroom unit (limit 7 people including children) - Queen bed in each of the 2 lower bedrooms and 1 Queen & 1 Single in the loft bedroom(this room open to below). Futon couch in living room.

Unit includes - A/C, BBQ, Internet, Satellite TV, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and plates/utensils/cookware

You need to bring your own bedding and towels.

Parking - limited to two vehicles ONLY - additional vehicles must use public parking

July & August - Weekly $1500 or $1300 for Weekend (Friday to Monday)

*** 50% non refundable deposit required to confirm reservation.  Remaining 50% paid at check in

*** $200 damage/cleaning deposit required for all weekly and weekend rentals
